| Oropendola Trail : |
| The Oropendola trail is for people of any age, who want to hike is a Costa Rica tropical forest. The trail has beautiful viewpoint to the Arenal Volcano, Lake and the forest. |
| The first part of the trail is ascent of médium difficulty through open areas used for pasture and on the other side of the trails gallery forest, great place for birdwatching because the vegetation is open making the activity easier. |
| On this part we find a lot of plants like “Starquitarpheta', who have a purple flower very attractive to hummingbirds, butterflies and insects. Piper or Candelilla is a very important plant, can be used as bug repellent. |
| Zaino Trail : |
| The Zainos trail is ideal for hikers and nature lovers, who enjoy getting deep in to a Costa Rica tropical Primary forest. This trail give the visitor the opportunity to interact with an adult forest in climax status, with a lot to discover, because every day we can find something different. Its biodiversity always surprise even big naturalist knowledge visitors. |
During this trails you can see a big varierty of flowers with different colors and forms, the Helicotas are very important to name with their impressive design, for atracting hummingbirs to polinize their flowers. Another beautiful flows is the Fuego ..antorcha, this plant produces a nice and sweet smell.

An abundant tree is the Sura with its very different trunk which is very different and visitors pays attention because its looking.

An important fact is that on this trail the possibilities to find animals who need big territories to survive like Howler Monkeys, White-throated Capuching, Spider Monkey and Pekaris.

All over this 4 hours hike visitors will have great viewpoints, especially the “Casco de Vaca lookout” who reveals the Arenal Lake extension and if we are lucky with the clouds the Arenal Volcano.

After the Casco de Vaca lookout we get to the Congal Reception to take some tropical fruits.
